Ironman Training in Spain - Hills, Sweat, Beers and Skinny Dipping

Last week I travelled to Spain with 27 triathletes to immerse myself in a week of intensive training for my impending Ironman. My aim was to train as hard as I could, to learn about how I should be training rather than the 'winging it' style I've had up until now, to feel motivated about my training and to have fun.

You think it's maybe a crazy plan, but you feel so alive and excited when you think of taking on this goal, that in the end you take the plunge, enter your credit card details, press the button and that's it - you've signed up.

What is your Comfort Zone and why don’t we spend more time outside it?

I was thinking about comfort zones today, and realized that the more time we spend outside our comfort zones, the more we achieve. When we achieve, it spurs us on to push our comfort zones further and achieve more.
