Put shoes on. Run. Explore

I still have it built up in my mind that I don't like running and that I'm not very good at it. I can't fool myself anymore, I managed 4hrs 33 in the marathon in Ironman Wales, clearly I can actually run just need to get past this voice in my head. Last night I went for a run along the Thames. The air was clear and crisp, Londoners and tourists were out making the most of the Autumn light before winter.

It reminded me of why I love running.

It's the pace you see the world at. Fast enough for it to be constantly changing, slow enough for you to drink it all in.

The hardest part about running (for me) is putting on my shoes and walking out the door. Go explore and share.
