Climbing An Alpine North Face

As my skills and confidence as an alpinist developed and I spent more time climbing in the Alps and Scotland, I felt ready to take on an iconic Alpine route; The North Face of the Tour Ronde. A storm came in which kept us holed up in the mountain hut for two days, then one night it cleared leaving a perfectly still day and great conditions - our weather window. Climbing this route was pretty scary, the angle up the slope was 45 degrees, but I had faith I could do it and focused on moving onwards and upwards.
