Vertical KM

The Vertical KM involves running, walking and hauling yourself up 1000m of ascent over a 3.8km mountain trail against the clock. 500 people took part in this race with the back drop of Mont Blanc in Chamonix. Mental preparation to overcome the pain was key in helping me get a time of 1hr 1 minute. It hurt like hell!
